As Sai Ying Pun continues to grow as a hot spot for new residents and featured as the new “it” town in many local publications, the demand for honest and clean food has naturally increased, allowing Grassroots Pantry to expand and to better cater to the neighborhood’s needs. Striving to not digress from Grassroots Pantry’s core values, Prune Organic Deli & Workshop will continue to source ingredients from existing long-term partners in the natural and organic foods industry, and has generated many new relationships to make sure there is an array of product to work with to cater to all dietary needs.
LILY & BLOOM draw their inspiration from the physical streetscapes and downtown street life that emerged in great cities near the turn of the 20th century. Beginning in Paris and migrating to London, New York, San Francisco, and Shanghai, the years of 1890-1930 marked the beginning of not just the modern city, but the way we now eat and drink. Street vendors, cafes, people watching, restaurants, classic cocktails, chefs and cookbooks - all came to the forefront at this time. Most importantly, the life force of all this - the central urban market - was born.

Duddell’s adds another accolade to the mantelpiece with a Michelin star, announced today from the prestigious guide to Hong Kong’s top dining establishments. Serving exquisite dim sum and authentic Cantonese dishes, the fine dining restaurant has received much praise from food critics and high profile personalities alike, also making entry into Hong Kong Tatler’s annual Best Restaurants guide. This latest honor from the Michelin Guide is Executive Chef Siu Hin-Chi’s third star to date.
